Steaming time | 30 mins |

Cooking Step
- Wash: The first wash water has to be poured out immediately because the rice surface may be dirty and absorbs water very quickly when it’s dry. Refill the water and rub it gently, then pour out the water. Repeat 2 – 3 times until the water looks clean.
- Soak: Put the washed rice in a non-stick saucepan and add the required water. Flatten the rice. Then soak for at least 30 minutes (60 minutes in winter). If you don’t have enough time, you can skip the soaking time and start cooking the rice directly.
- Cook: Put on the lid and cook it to a boil. Once boiled, stir gently. Then cover with the lid again and turn to the lowest heat.
- Steam: Steam for about 20 minutes with the lowest heat. After that, turn off the heat and steam for 10 minutes more.
