Soboro Don means minced meat and scrambled eggs served with rice. Sweet and soft eggs with savory minced meat, dual texture and taste in one bowl.

Ingredients (2 servings)
Minced pork / Minced chicken | 100g |
Eggs | 2 |
Garlic (finely chopped) | 2 – 3 cloves |
Seasoning
(Eggs) Sugar & Cooking wine | 2 tsp each |
(Mince) Soy sauce | 1 tsp |
(Mince) Mirin | 2 tsp |
Preparation
- Cook rice.
- Garlic: Chop finely.
- Spring onion: Chop.
- Eggs: Combine with seasoning and beat well.
Cooking
- (Medium heat) Preheat the frying pan with a little vegetable oil.
- After adding the beaten egg, start to keep stirring until fully cooked.
- Reheat the frying pan with vegetable oil.
- Saute the garlic.
- Fry the minced pork and break it into small pieces as much as possible.
- (Medium-high heat) Add the seasoning when the meat is 70% cooked. Stir fry until the minced meat absorbs the seasoning and becomes dry.
